funded,
not ghosted.
Applying for an SBA loan usually means filling out the same forms at eight banks and hearing nothing back. We replace that with one application, one human review, and lenders who actually answer.
One application → up to three real SBA lenders → answers in about a week.
- Cost to apply$0
- Hard credit pull to matchNone
- Human review1–2 days
- Max 7(a) placement$5,000,000
Three steps.
One application.
The SBA process is genuinely slow — we don't pretend otherwise. What we remove is the part where you repeat yourself to every bank and never learn why you were passed over.
Tell us about the business
Identity, business details, what the money is for, and a full personal financial statement. Net worth calculates as you type, and you preview your own SBA Form 413 before signing anything. About 20 minutes.
A person reviews your file
Not an algorithm deciding in four seconds. We check for the gaps that get applications declined, then match you against lenders by industry, loan size, and state coverage. Usually 1–2 business days.
Lenders respond. You watch.
With your written authorization we refer you to up to three SBA lenders. Every response lands in your account — you see exactly where you stand instead of refreshing your inbox.
No more
radio silence.
Your account shows the real state of your file — what stage it's in, which lenders have it, what came back, and what we need from you next. Sign in with a one-time email link. No password to remember or leak.
What we finance
Different SBA programs suit different needs. Part of the review is working out which one fits before a lender ever sees your file.
SBA 7(a)
The flexible workhorse. Working capital, acquisitions, refinancing, equipment, partner buyouts.
SBA 504
Owner-occupied commercial real estate and heavy equipment at long fixed terms.
SBA Express
Faster turnaround, lower ceiling. For when timing matters more than size.
Acquisition
Buying an existing business or franchise, including seller-note structures.
Working capital
Payroll, inventory, receivables gaps, and seasonal swings in cash flow.
Equipment
Machinery, vehicles, and fit-out financed against the asset itself.
Real estate
Purchase, construction, or refinance of property your business occupies.
Refinance
Replacing higher-cost debt with SBA terms, where the program allows it.
Your SSN is not
a growth metric.
Most of an SBA application is exactly what an identity thief wants. Here is specifically what happens to yours — the actual mechanics, not a badge.
Encrypted before it hits the disk
SSN, date of birth, address, financials, and signature are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at submission. The key lives in the environment, never in the database — we verified the SSN is not recoverable from the raw database file.
Every view of your file is logged
When a staff member decrypts your record or downloads your Form 413, an append-only audit row records who, what, and when. Same for status changes and lender referrals.
Nothing moves without your say-so
Referrals require your written authorization naming what is shared and why. Your SSN is masked everywhere except the final signed form a lender legitimately needs.
What we never do
- ✕Sell or rent your data to marketing lists.
- ✕Run a hard credit inquiry to match you. Any hard pull comes later, from the lender, with your consent.
- ✕Promise you approval. Nobody who does is telling you the truth.
- ✕Claim to be, or speak for, the U.S. Small Business Administration.
- ✕Charge you to submit an application.
You can always apply directly to any SBA lender yourself, at no cost. We're worth using only if the matching and the paperwork save you real time.
Know in a week.
Tell us the basics and we'll email you a secure, private application link. It expires in 30 days, works once, and asks for nothing sensitive until you're inside.
- ✓No cost, no obligation, no hard credit pull
- ✓Reviewed by a person within 1–2 business days
- ✓You authorize every lender referral in writing

Straight answers
Are you part of the SBA?
No. SBAConnector is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and we cannot approve, guarantee, or issue an SBA loan. We refer your application to SBA-participating lenders, who make their own decisions. You are always free to approach any SBA lender directly, at no cost.
What does it cost me?
Applying and getting matched is free to you. Lenders charge their own fees at closing — SBA guaranty fees, packaging, closing costs — and those are disclosed by the lender in writing before you commit to anything.
Will this hurt my credit score?
Not to get matched. We use a soft pull at most, which doesn't affect your score. If a lender moves you toward underwriting, they may run a hard inquiry — but they'll ask your permission first, and you can decline.
How long does an SBA loan actually take?
Be realistic: 30 to 90 days from application to funding is typical, sometimes longer for 504 or real estate deals. What we compress is the front end — you'll usually know within about a week whether lenders are interested, rather than discovering after a month of silence that nobody was.
What do I need before I start?
For the first phase: your business details, an estimate of what you need and why, and the numbers for a personal financial statement — assets, liabilities, income, and contingent liabilities like personal guarantees. If you're pre-approved, phase two asks for tax returns, financials, and a business plan.
Why do you need my Social Security number?
SBA Form 413, the personal financial statement, requires it, and lenders can't evaluate a guarantor without it. We encrypt it at submission, mask it in our own interface, and log every decryption. If you'd rather not provide it online, tell us and we'll arrange another way.
What if I'm declined?
We'll tell you what the lender said, in plain language. Often it's fixable — time in business, a debt-service ratio, a collateral gap — and worth re-approaching in a few months with a different lender or a different program.
Stop applying.
Start hearing back.
One application, reviewed by a person, sent to lenders who fund businesses like yours. Free to apply, no hard credit pull to get matched.
